Helensburgh
The Helensburgh Learning Centre is located in the Kirkmichael area of Helensburgh and houses 6 teaching rooms as well as a student kitchen and hub offering a small but welcoming learning environment for our students.
Courses on offer through the Helensburgh centre are wide and varied covering all levels from Access courses to degrees as well as SQA National qualifications and short courses too. You can find out more on the courses page of this website or, even better, pop along to the centre and see us in person and we will be more than happy to chat things through and offer advice on course choice as well as the application process and funding.
Getting to the Centre
We’re easy to get to at just over a mile from Helensburgh Central Railway Station – it’s about a 25-minute walk. Trains regularly operate from Glasgow Queen Street to Helensburgh Central.
Wilson’s of Rhu operates a regular bus service 315 from Helensburgh Town Centre to Kirkmichael, stopping outside Kirkmichael mini-mart. There are 2 buses per hour operating Monday to Saturday.
First Group also operate the service 1B from Helensburgh which stops in East King Street (opposite Nursery St) and runs every half hour, 7 days per week.
