Funding Guide

We have a number of different funds available to support students through their course.

Everyone's situation is different so if you read the information below and you're still unsure what you might be eligible for, please have a chat with your local centre team. Let them know about your circumstances, and they will point you in the right direction.

Wellbeing

Student wellbeing is really important, and we want you give you as much support as possible so that you can feel more content and succeed in your goals, personally and academically.

There are lots of resources to help you, including counselling with Maggie Melville, our Student Counsellor & Wellbeing Coordinator. In addition to this there is an online counselling service currently offered through UHI too.

As a UHI Argyll student, you are automatically a member of the Highlands and Islands Student Association, which represents over 4000 students.

HISA is run by students, for students. We exist to make sure your student experience is the best it can be!
