Centre Administrator (Oban)

We are recruiting a part-time (0.8 FTE) Centre  Administrator working 28 hours over four days, for our Oban Centre which will include some evening work. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is well-organised, reliable and able to work flexibly within our small team.

The main responsibilities include various administrative duties to assist our students and the Centre Manager, exam invigilation, student pastoral care and Health and Safety checks. Basic IT skills are essential to the post (e mail, Excel, Word etc). The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly and provide extra cover where required.
